The room was clean and comfy, with the softest beds for a good night's sleep. the hotel's modern layout and fixtures gave off a welcoming vibe. the cozy seating and eco-friendly toiletries were a nice touch. Com, the hotel staff were helpful and understanding, but the ordeal left a sour taste. the situation was handled professionally, but the inconvenience dampened our initial excitement. The location was a highlight, just a short drive to the historic downtown filled with architectural treasures and charming shops. the view of the Sangre de Christo mountain range from our west-facing room was breathtaking. the nearby Trinidad Lake State Park and River Walk offered outdoor activities we enjoyed. Overall, despite the reservation snag, the hotel's comfortable amenities and convenient location enhanced our trip to Trinidad. I would recommend a stay at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Trinidad for a pleasant and relaxing experience.
